Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is not as described on our website
Please note:
- Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@pearlsaura.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Pearls Aura will cover any shipping costs for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories, boxes, and tags.
Refunds and Replacements
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, you may choose to receive either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
- Returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference
- Unauthorized returns (items sent without approval)
- Earrings, except as noted above
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Sale items
